Caleb Elkins, owner and founder of Olympic Maritime, is based in Port Townsend's boatyard. Caleb grew up in the area and has been working on boats in and out of the water since 2010, including several boat shops in Port Townsend and fishing boats in Southeast Alaska. He also holds a 100 ton masters license.
